Volunteer Opportunities
It takes a lot of helping hands to keep the Summit Band moving—and there is a place for everyone to get involved!Volunteering is a great way to support our students, meet other band families and get a behind-the-scenes look at everything that goes into a successful band program. Whether you can help for one shift, one event or throughout the season, every contribution makes a difference.
Find Your Place
Volunteer opportunities are available throughout the year and may include:
Game Days & Contests
Help with equipment, props, pit crew, transportation, chaperoning, meals and other event-day needs.
Events & Fundraisers
Assist with registration, spirit wear, special events, concessions, fundraising activities and hosted contests.
Donations & Supplies
Support the band by donating water, snacks, event supplies or other requested items.
Leadership & Committees
Take a larger role by helping coordinate an event, serving on a committee or joining the Band Booster Executive Board.
Volunteer Points
Band families can earn volunteer points by participating in approved activities throughout the year. Families who earn 20 points may have Activity Fee 2 waived from their band fees.
