Our talented vendors are a huge part of what makes Craft Fest such a successful community event. If you create, grow, produce, or craft your own products, we invite you to apply for a booth. Vendor setup begins Friday at 5:00 p.m. Vendors are expected to remain at the event for the full day on Saturday.

Vendor Guidelines

• Craft Fest is a producer-only event. Vendors may sell only items they have grown, produced, or crafted themselves.

• Because this is a school event, all products must be school appropriate. Items featuring inappropriate language, alcohol promotion, school contraband, or similar content will not be permitted.

• To provide shoppers with a good variety, organizers may limit the number of vendors offering similar products.

• Vendors may request a 7' x 14' or 10' x 10' booth. Booth-size requests will be reviewed but cannot be guaranteed.

Booth Pricing

Early Bird - through September 30: $65 per booth
Beginning October 1: $75 per booth
Electricity: Additional $5 per booth

Additional event and setup information will be provided after registration and payment are confirmed.

Credit card payments can be made through the Summit High School Band Store. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. Pay Online using this link. 
 

The payment system may ask whether you'd like to make an additional contribution to offset processing costs. Select “Custom” and enter $0 if you do not wish to contribute.

Complete the paper registration form and mail it with your check or money order to:

A $25 fee will be charged for returned checks.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All Craft Fest registrations are non-refundable. Once registration and payment have been submitted, refunds will not be issued if a vendor cancels.
